for over 20 years, it has been our commitment to provide you with first-class hosting services directly from Switzerland – reliable, secure, and with a personal service you can count on.

The digital world is evolving rapidly, and with it the technical requirements for websites, applications, and server infrastructures. To continue guaranteeing you the top performance, state-of-the-art cloud technologies, and the highest security standards you're used to, we have invested heavily in our infrastructure over the past months.

Today we would like to inform you about a comprehensive modernization of our product portfolio as well as an update to our pricing structures for new customers.

Important: Nothing changes for existing customers!

First and foremost for all our loyal existing customers: absolutely nothing changes for your currently running products and subscriptions.

• Prices stay the same: Your current billing price is permanently locked in. There are no automatic price increases for existing contracts.
• Guaranteed conditions: You keep your booked services under exactly the conditions you are used to.
• Voluntary upgrade: If you would like to benefit from the new cloud features or the massively expanded NVMe storage, you can switch to the new plans at any time via our support team.

What's new with our virtual servers (vServer)

Our vServer fleet has received its biggest upgrade yet. All plans are now based by default on high-performance NVMe RAID 10 storage and state-of-the-art KVM virtualization including full 100% CPU performance. We have also completely restructured the plans and equipped them with the latest cloud features.

The new plans at a glance:

• vServer Start (CHF 7.90/mo.): Perfect for smaller starter projects or lightweight applications (2 cores, 2 GB RAM, 50 GB NVMe).
• vServer Core (CHF 14.90/mo.): Our strong all-rounder with 6 GB RAM and 150 GB NVMe storage.
• vServer Business (CHF 24.90/mo.): Designed for demanding web projects and medium-sized databases (6 cores, 16 GB RAM, 300 GB NVMe).
• vServer Pro (CHF 34.90/mo.): Our high-end powerhouse for maximum workloads, e-commerce, and business-critical setups (8 cores, 24 GB RAM, 500 GB NVMe, 90-day backup retention).

The new cloud features: Starting with the Core plan, new customers now benefit from features such as VPS cloning, private networks (VLAN) for maximum security between your servers, as well as automatic 1-click app installations and the ability to upload your own ISO images.

Web hosting: Pure NVMe power and Plesk Deluxe

Our classic web hosting has also been fundamentally modernized. Every plan now offers lightning-fast NVMe SSD storage as well as reliable email delivery via MailChannels. Four perfectly graduated plans are available depending on your needs:

• Start (CHF 3.90/mo.): 5 GB NVMe, 5 email accounts – ideal for your first small website or business card page.
• Core (CHF 6.90/mo.): 50 GB NVMe, up to 10 domains, and includes AI website creation in the Plesk panel.
• Business (CHF 11.90/mo.): 200 GB NVMe, unlimited email accounts, WordPress Toolkit Deluxe, and includes one free .ch, .li, .de, or .eu domain with annual payment.
• Agency (CHF 19.90/mo.): 500 GB NVMe, unlimited domains, SSH access, maximum PHP memory limit (1024 MB), and includes two free .ch, .li, .de, or .eu domains with annual payment.

Domains: Transparent pricing

To continue offering you smooth, fully automated DNS management directly in our Swiss customer portal, we have adjusted our domain prices to reflect the current market conditions of the international registries.

You'll still get your favorite extensions from us at extremely fair and transparent conditions (e.g. .ch for an unbeatable CHF 7.00/year or .de / .eu for CHF 6.00/year), while the domain transfer to Speed-Net remains completely free of charge for most extensions, as usual.

Effective date

The new plans and expanded service packages apply immediately to all new sign-ups and additional orders on our website.

We reinvest every franc directly into first-class hardware at our Swiss server location, into continuous software optimization, and into our personal support (via ticket, chat, and WhatsApp), which is always there for you.
