Speed-Net is increasingly moving towards internationalisation. As part of this development, we have adjusted our domain structure and made the website available in five languages.

New Domain: speed-net.ch

Our main domain is now speed-net.ch instead of speed-net.ch. The address of our customer portal has also changed from my.speed-net.ch to portal.speed-net.ch. The new addresses are shorter, internationally understandable and reflect our global direction.

Five Languages for a Wider Audience

Another important step in our international orientation is the multilingual website. The site is now available in five languages:

  • German – for our regular customers in Switzerland, Germany and Austria
  • English – as the international language of communication
  • Italian – for Italian-speaking Switzerland and Italy
  • French – for the Romandy region and France
  • Spanish – for the Spanish-speaking market

This is intended to make our services accessible to a wider audience and to make it easier for international customers to use our offerings.

Swiss Quality Remains Unchanged

Despite this internationalisation, one thing remains unchanged: our roots and infrastructure are firmly rooted in Switzerland. The servers and data centres remain exclusively in Switzerland, as we rely on Swiss quality, security and data protection. These values form the foundation of all our hosting services.

Romansh added as a sixth language

In the meantime, we've expanded our language offering to include Rumantsch Grischun, making us one of the few Swiss hosting providers to consistently offer all four national languages plus English. This underscores our commitment to Switzerland in all its linguistic diversity.

You can switch languages at any time via the language switcher in the top right of every page – your choice is saved, so you'll automatically be greeted in your preferred language on your next visit.

Our support team is also available throughout in whichever language you've selected, so language barriers are no longer an issue for technical questions.

With this expansion, we want to make sure that truly all our customers feel well taken care of from the very start, regardless of which language they prefer in everyday life.

We are convinced that this multilingualism contributes to an even better customer experience in the long run and further strengthens our position as a trustworthy Swiss provider.

Do you have questions about our new domain or the multilingual website? Our support team is happy to help you in your language – via our ticket system.
